NTMA-U is the centerpiece of NTMA's Training and Education program. IT is a comprehensive Department of Labor (DoL) approved, registered apprenticeship program that utilizes an online platform to deliver industry-aligned curriculum through instructor led classes.
The NTMA-U program was designed for the industry by industry experts. The coursework instructs students on applicable skills, familiarizes them with the latest technologies, and emphasizes the information needed for success in today's industry.
The program's modular structure also allows for coursework to be stacked wht seamless integration of introductory courses, pre-apprenticeship training, and registered apprenticeships. Courses may also be taken independently and can fill curriculum gaps or enhance an existing program.
