He is the author of eight mental health educational videos and DVDs and is currently writing a book on distance counseling. Jef is State Licensed in General Counseling, Marriage/Family, and Substance Abuse in Arizona and is a certified hypnotherapist. Dr. Kraizer is internationally recognized for creating models that maximize community-wide participation in prevention efforts including child abuse, bullying, interpersonal and dating violence, and youth-at risk. For twenty years she has participated in the evolution of a clear set of guidelines for prevention programs, what makes them effective, what works and what doesn't. Her materials are used in 80 countries around the world. She also provides expert witness services in the area of child abuse and interpersonal violence.
