Our goal is to help students develop the personal values, academic motivation and self-reliance that will prepare them for a successful future.
We move students from potential to success! We believe that every child is a unique individual and their education should be tailored to their specific needs and desired outcomes.
Palmetto Bay Academy was founded in 2000 by Lois Dimos, M.Ed. Mrs. Dimos founded the school because she saw that traditional schools were not meeting the needs of many students. She developed an alternative model that allows each child to learn at their own pace and in their own way. PBA has a proven record of success with students who were not meeting their full potential in public or private schools.
