Set in the picturesque mountains of central Pennsylvania, Camp Woodward is a massive action sports campus set on X acres with over 400,000 square feet of rideable terrain. That's over 7 football field of skateparks and dirt trails spread amongst 9 outdoor parks, 7 indoor parks, 2 parkour areas and 5 Dirt Trail zones. 

Woodward Pa offers actions programs in Skateboarding, Scooter, BMX, BMX Racing, Mountain Biking, Roller Skate, Parkour, Creative Arts. 

Additionally campers have access to numerous fun and traditional activities beyond their sport program including Go-karts, Ropes Course, Slip-n-Slide, Art, Music Recording Studio, Content Creation, Dodgeball, and Rock Climbing. 

Woodward is on a mission to reclaim Untamed Play for creative athletes rewriting the rules of sport. We deliver wildly uncommon experiences that fuse action, art, and attitude—built on our action sports heritage and fueled by a community where growth, unity, and no-ego culture thrive. 

Woodward is the global home of Untamed Play. We create spaces, communities, and experiences where kids, teens, and adults can drop in, try new stuff, fail hard, rise harder, and express themselves without limits. We blur the lines between “creative” and “athlete” with immersive sport programming that oozes into art, fashion, music and digital media.

Originally founded in 1970 as a gymnastics camp in the picturesque mountains of central Pennsylvania, branching out into actions sports first with BMX then Skateboarding in 80s Camp Woodward has since become synonymous with action sports innovation and progression globally. 

Our Facilities

From our Progression Centres, foam pits, trampolines and resi ramps to dedicated skate, bike, parkour and scooter parks, our environments are designed for progression and peak fun no matter your discipline. Need proof? 38 Olympians (and two national teams) in BMX Freestyle, Street and Park Skate trained at our facilities for the 2024 Paris Games.

Our programs reflect a legacy of innovation and exploration. After 50 years of fostering the development of all-around awesome humans, we’ve evolved our programming to be the best it can be. We teach campers how to set and work towards goals. Our programs are designed to make progression easy and fun.


 

Our People

At Woodward, campers build invaluable relationships with their peers and coaches alike. A sense of belonging emerges through camp, culminating in a newfound community for campers who might not find the same cultural acceptance at home. Thanks to our Coaches Academy and partnerships with organizations like STOKED, our staff is dedicated to building campers’ skills, confidence, and character.
