Established in 2007 and providing armed and unarmed security for schools and events in Colorado Springs.  

Rupp Investigations & Security was founded in 2007 by Eric R. Rupp and is still a one-owner, Christian owned company based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Mr. Rupp has been in the Private Investigations and Security business since 2000 after obtaining his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and finishing top of the class at the Trinidad State Police Academy.  The company began as primarily Private Investigations and then branched out into the security aspect in 2010.  Mr. Rupp is the sole owner and is responsible for all major company decisions.

The difference with our company is that ownership is very hands-on and involved in all aspects of the business and all accounts.  Mr. Rupp is available for contact at any time for all clients directly on his cell phone.  Several accounts have their own manager if required, however each manager continues to always stay in contact with ownership.  We believe this creates more accountability and more responsibility in each account.

Rupp Investigations & Security prefers to hire guards who previously have experience in security work, police work, or military experience.  We believe this creates a better quality of guard who can handle themselves verbally which is 95% of the job.  Christian employees are always preferred and we proudly attempt to hire veterans when possible.
